Khan Economic Advisory Pty Ltd (ACN 645 855 910), trading as Khan Advisory (“we”, “us”, or “our”) is committed to protecting the privacy of individuals in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) (“Privacy Act”) and the Australian Privacy Principles. We will respond to your request within a reasonable period (usually 30 days) and, where applicable, provide you with the information in a suitable format. If we refuse your request, we will provide you with written reasons for the refusal and the mechanisms available to you to complain about our decision.

In the event of an eligible data breach (as defined in the Privacy Act), we will promptly notify the affected individuals and the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner in accordance with our obligations under the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme.
